GROOMED
Morrissey: Morrissey Trail, Summit Trail, Doug Dean Trail, McEvoy Trail, Pipeline Return, Notch to the peak groomed last night. Both parking lots open.
Coal Creek: Opens Saturday February 19th. No public access or staging until Saturday as contractor is working to repair the main road and we need the area clear to plow and set up the staging area for the season. Any vehicles parked here should expect to be towed.
Corbin: Groomed from the staging area to the McClatchie on Sunday. Active logging and hauling in progress 7 days a week out of the Barnes / Elliot area. The FSA and Canfor have worked to build a bypass trail on the shoulder of the road for the first 6km to allow both groups to operate - sledders MUST use the groomed trail on the shoulder of the road. It is illegal and very dangerous to snowmobile on the plowed road.
Hartley: Groomed yesterday from the staging area to the East Fork of the Sulphur.
Ram: Closed to large, impassable washout near km45. Cabin remains locked.
