Current Conditions:

0cm new snow in the past 24hrs. Currently snowing. 30cm new snow in the past 7 days. Snowpack height 180cm+ in riding areas. Total snowfall this season 562cm. Temps this morning: -3.9C with light winds at cabin elevation and -9.4C with moderate winds at ridgetop. Today: Mainly cloudy with scattered flurries, accumulation 3-5cm. Moderate to strong southwest ridgetop wind. Treeline temperature around -4 ºC. Freezing level rising to 1300m.

Grooming:

Corbin: OPEN. Groomed to the McClatchie Feb 3rd.

Coal Creek: OPEN. Issues with the heater grid on the cat last night. Coal Creek and Summit Trail were groomed last night only (no Doug Dean)

Morrissey: OPEN. Groomed from the staging area to Wranglers Cabin last night. FSA will not be grooming the McEvoy or Pipeline this winter as the areas remain CLOSED for pipeline construction. Please see the map and further details HERE. Very limited parking this season at Morrissey; lower lot closed and upper lot full of construction materials - not suitable for trucks with trailers. Do not snowmobile on the plowed road from the parking lot to the trailhead kiosk - all sledders must use the connector trail. It is illegal to snowmobile on a plowed road, very dangerous for yourself and public, and is subject to a hefty fine from the RCMP.

Hartley: OPEN. Groomed Feb 4th.

Ram: OPEN. No grooming. Cabin open. The Lodgepole FSR will be plowed from the lower Morrissey parking lot to the Flathead this winter for timber harvesting.
