Current Conditions:
1cm new snow overnight. 29cm new snow in the past 7 days. Snowpack height 170cm+ in riding areas. Total snowfall this season 486cm. Temps this morning: -3.7C with light winds at cabin elevation and -7.0C with light winds at ridgetop. Today: Mostly cloudy with flurries, and trace snow. Light to moderate southwest ridgetop winds. Treeline temperature -0 to -5 C.

Grooming:
Corbin: OPEN. Groomed to the Rain Gauge yesterday. Groom to McClatchie Jan 8th.
Coal Creek: OPEN. Coal Creek, Doug Dean, Summit Trail groomed last night.
Morrissey: OPEN. Groomed from the staging area to Wranglers Cabin. FSA will not be grooming the McEvoy or Pipeline this winter as the areas remain CLOSED for pipeline construction. Please see the map and further details HERE. Very limited parking this season at Morrissey; lower lot closed and upper lot full of construction materials - not suitable for trucks with trailers. Do not snowmobile on the plowed road from the parking lot to the trailhead kiosk - all sledders must use the connector trail. It is illegal to snowmobile on a plowed road, very dangerous for yourself and public, and is subject to a hefty fine from the RCMP.
Hartley: OPEN. Issues with tiller lift frame are fixed, snowcat has been transported to site and we have a groom scheduled for Thursday.
Ram: OPEN. No grooming. Cabin open. The Lodgepole FSR will be plowed from the lower Morrissey parking lot to the Flathead this winter for timber harvesting.
