Current Conditions:

9cm new snow overnight. 29cm new snow in the past 7 days. Snowpack height 180cm+ in riding areas. Total snowfall this season 486cm. Temps this morning: -2.8C with light winds at cabin elevation and -5.8C with light winds at ridgetop. Today: A mix of sun and cloud, with trace snow in the morning. Light southwest ridgetop winds. Treeline temperatures -5 to -10 C.

Grooming:

Corbin: OPEN. Groomed to the McClatchie Jan 8th.

Coal Creek: OPEN. Coal Creek, Doug Dean, Summit Trail groomed last night. Martin groomed Jan 6. Matheson groomed Dec 30.

Morrissey: OPEN. Groomed from the staging area to Wranglers Cabin. FSA will not be grooming the McEvoy or Pipeline this winter as the areas remain CLOSED for pipeline construction. Please see the map and further details HERE. Very limited parking this season at Morrissey; lower lot closed and upper lot full of construction materials - not suitable for trucks with trailers. Do not snowmobile on the plowed road from the parking lot to the trailhead kiosk - all sledders must use the connector trail. It is illegal to snowmobile on a plowed road, very dangerous for yourself and public, and is subject to a hefty fine from the RCMP.

Hartley: OPEN. Groom scheduled for early this week.

Ram: OPEN. No grooming. Cabin open. The Lodgepole FSR will be plowed from the lower Morrissey parking lot to the Flathead this winter for timber harvesting.
