Dec 20th, 2024 FSA Grooming Report


CONDITIONS:

-1C at cabin elevation this AM. 2cm of new snow in the past 24 hours hours and over 55cm new snow in the past 7 days (over 339cm total this season). Total snowpack heights variable but around 170cm at the cabins. 

Today: Mainly cloudy with a 40% chance of flurries during the early morning.  A mix of sun & cloud during the remainder of the day.   High near 0.

Tonight: Cloudy with clear breaks and a 40% chance of flurries.  Low -2 or -3.


GROOMING:

We’re Open! Please ride with caution and stay alert for unmarked hazards as the season kicks off.

Corbin: Groomed from the staging area to the McClatchie and Barnes connector yesterday.

Coal Creek: Coal Creek, Summit Trail, and Doug Dean groomed last night. Matheson groomed Tuesday. Paige’s draw groomed Monday.

Morrissey: Morrissey and McEvoy Trail groomed last night. Notch groomed to the peak last Friday night.

Hartley: First groom scheduled before Christmas as conditions allow.

Ram: Open. No grooming.
